Custom Made jewelry

Process:

After placing your order for a custom piece, a representative from our custom jewelry department will reach out to you to gather details about the design you have in mind. Our team will work to have a draft of the design ready for you to review within 2-3 business days. We understand that getting the design just right is important to you, so we are happy to make as many revisions as needed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product, as long as it aligns with the original design concept. Once the design is finalized and approved by you, we require a 50% deposit to begin the process of crafting your custom piece. The $250 that you paid for the design fee will be applied towards the final balance. Upon completion of the piece, the remaining balance must be paid in full before we ship it to you.
