Return and Refund Policy for Moissanite Plug

At Moissanite Plug, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange according to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window
To receive a refund to your original payment method, contact us at support@moissaniteplug.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We also offer exchanges and store credit for items within 30 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unworn and in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased at a discount or marked as "final sale."
  • Customized or personalized jewelry, including any piece altered at your request.
  • Grillz fitted to a custom mold.

4. Inspection Before Refund
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the returned item does not meet the criteria for returns, we reserve the right to reject the return.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@moissaniteplug.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number in your return package.
  • Ship the package back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. (Please retain your shipping receipt for proof of shipment.)

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
